1. First of all, you must print and fill out the new client or loyal client general questionnaire, according to your situation.

2. You must also print and check the list of documents to submit.

3. Please do not forget to sign it or we will not be able to process your file.
4. If any documents are missing at the time of submission, please indicate them on the list of documents.
You can bring them with you when you come in for your appointment.
5. Please note that we do not accept electronic documents for the deposit of documents.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept documents on a USB stick neither by email.
6. Write “QUICK DROP” on the envelope in big letters.

8.1. If you need an appointment :
We will call you to make an appointment as soon as we receive your file.
During the appointment, an advisor will meet with you and explain your income tax return, as well as the results.
Your return will be sent electronically, and your documents will be given back to you.

8.2. If you don’t need an appointment :
You can also choose to pick up your income tax return at the reception without meeting with an advisor.
The file that you submit must be complete (including federal and provincial notice of assessment).

Drop your file in person
1. Come drop your documents in person at our 825 Laurier East branch.
No appointment is needed.

2. You can prepare yourself before dropping off your documents by filling out our forms in advance.
This will save you time when you drop off your file.

3. Bring in everything that seems relevant.
The qualified technician who will meet with you will help you sort out the documents.
4. Please note that we do not accept electronic documents for the deposit of documents.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept documents on a USB stick neither by email.
5. If any information is missing.
You just have to bring it when you come in for your appointment to pick up your income tax return.
The documents will be added to your return right away during this meeting.
6.1. If you need an appointment :
The appointment is given the day you drop your documents. That way, you will know exactly when your income tax returns will be ready!
During the pick-up appointment, an advisor will meet with you and explain your income tax return, as well as the results.
Your return will be sent electronically, and your documents will be given back to you.

6.2. If you don’t need an appointment :
You can also choose to pick up your income tax return at the reception without meeting with an advisor.
The file that you submit must be complete to qualify (federal and provincial assessment notices included).
